Meet your inspector
Hi, I'm Banish.
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make. My job is to help you understand the house you are buying, without the jargon and without the pressure.
You will deal with one person from your first message to your final report, and you are always welcome to call with questions afterwards.
Plain language, always
Every finding explained in everyday words, with a clear next step.
Come along, ask anything
Join the walkthrough and ask questions while you are standing in front of things.
Honest about limits
If something cannot be seen or reached, the report says so plainly.
