Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site or sending a form, you agree to them. The terms of an inspection itself are set out in the written inspection agreement you sign before the inspection.
Information on this site
Articles, guides, the checklist and price examples on this site are general information about homes in Edmonton and area. They are not advice about a specific home, and they are not a substitute for an inspection or for advice from a lawyer, realtor, engineer or contractor. Prices shown are estimates until we confirm a quote for your home.
Sending us a form
Sending a form is a request, not a booking. An inspection is confirmed only when we agree on a date and you sign the inspection agreement. Please give accurate details so we can prepare.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break its security or copying large parts of it. The text, logo and design belong to us; you are welcome to share links and short quotes with a link back.
Links to other sites
We link to government and other websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content, and links do not mean we endorse them.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on general information on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions? Get in touch through our contact page. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
